The Client is also responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, visas, and medical clearances. The Client must ensure that the patient is fit to travel and has the necessary medical support for the journey.
6. Liability
International Nursing Escort will provide Services with reasonable care and skill. However, International Nursing Escort is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of Services. International Nursing Escort’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the Services. International Nursing Escort is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, transportation providers, or other third parties.
7. Confidentiality
International Nursing Escort will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information, including medical records and personal details. Information will only be disclosed to third parties with the Client’s consent or as required by law. International Nursing Escort complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
